I'm aware the game will probably never be completed unless the devs and artists pass it to their children, am saying just when they announce an update date they should keep it or not announce at all. Still even if the game is never finished at least they keep adding stuff and it has a lot of content more than many other games on the site.

Is that the only thing that bothers you? The game was released to version 0.27 after 9 years. At this rate, it will be fully released only after 50+ years, hello, I will not be very interested in Claire's adventures when I am lying in the grave from old age. With all due respect to the author.
I don't even get why it's taking so long. if it's the art, hire more artists. they make thousands of dollars every month and can't even offer the fraction of content that other devs release

and before anyone says I'm complaining on a "free site", I bought the game on steam

It's the combination of limited engine not suited for something of that scale + few devs + only 1 (or 2?) artist(s) to do everything + limited view of where to go next since the game was only planned to end before the mc left the continent + rl issues and milking strat, which is working well. No need to be afraid of repercussions too since the alienated community defends with sweat and blood against whoever tries to argue back.

Dude stop blaming the engine ! Have you played Roundscape Adorevia or Warlock and Boobs , Treasure of Nadia , Peasanst's Quest , Town of Passion , Zombie's retareat ? Those game are huge (Especially Roundscape and its all so finished in less time than this , whit complex branching stories , rpg mechanics and so on...) . I think the problem is in the people who use the engine , not the engline itself. The engine is fine , many good games use it , and not only porn games. Im not saying it easy to work with it , but many other people had made and finished much more complex games than this. In fact some of my favorite games use this engline.

Is that save on the page 1 up to date? It says 0.17, but i see the version is 0.27
But from the other hand all areas are filled with scenes so i doubt i am missing something. Or?

Take a look at Fear & Hunger from Orange for example, game was made in RPGMAKER and it's a masterpiece imo, and it's not even a porn game.

It's a female protag 2d game. The audience is fundamentally limited compared to the more popular projects on this site. Adding more artists wouldn't necessarily bring in more money. They might very well be close to the proverbial "cap" for such a project already. Another artist could just end up splitting that same 10k a month more ways. Sounds like a lot, but factor in patreon cut and taxes, then spread across a small team and suddenly it's not that much to live on.

They'd probably say something about not wanting to mix up the art styles more, but monthly payment models also just have a perverse incentive to not rock the boat so long as it's working. Leisurely putting out updates just fast enough to keep the patrons from forgetting to unsubscribe probably suits them just fine.

Every payment model has its foibles. Paying only for finished product incentivizes rushed out spam with deceptive marketing. Paying monthly incentivizes incentivies drawn out dreck with unrealistic overpromises. Pick your poison.
