I don't know where you are from, but in most countries in the world you need to pass an exam before you are legally allowed to drive a motorized vehicle : car, motorcycle, truck...
If you pass the exam with success, you will get an official document for that. I think it's a card in most countries nowadays.

I think I soft locked myself, I got to the end of every character except Daiana, and Nate. I don’t have the tools and I can get them from the janitor and Nate, however I can’t get the gloves. I don’t have the money. What do I do
