IRL the mom is Serena Santos. Emily Willis isn't doing any new content, to put it lightly. They just look similar.

On a related note, is there a way to increase player reputation in debug mode? Can't force enable rules in the debug screen when they have requirements.

How does the game decide which mothers can be assigned to which girls? Is it based on a minimum number of shared traits? Or certain traits?

It's either A) the mom is assigned to the specific girl through the girl's config (some mod girls are like this, with a specific mom tied to them) or B) similar physical traits (hair, eye, skin I think).
Sometimes it bugs out and Britney White has Asa Akria asigned as her mother lol

Do you have Jade Kush as a girl? I think it should apply Asa to her if she's available, but if not I guess it gives her to Brittney because same hair color.
Just think of her as a step mom or something.

I had Dillon Harper get Asa Akria as a mother in one playthrough. Asa seems to be compatable with most dark haired girls.

I have changed this a bit, now they MUST race traits i.e Asian, Black, Latina. Then it tries to best match hair colours but if all that is left is "conflicting" hair colours they can will still use them i.e Red and Black hair.
The current assigning will never assign mismatched hair colours.
If they were being assigned to mismatched rares that sounds like a bug that said it seems "Britney White" doesn't have a race trait so the game considers her "white".
oh, i have asa as mother to melissa moore, while jade is assigned to sarah vandella, like wtf lol
