There are indications about severe spanking punishments in the orphanage. Will we be able to see them in one of next releases? Or at least marks coming from them?

The MC needs to start corrupting the Mother Superior in the orphanage and turn the orphanage into a "laundry" for babies. If he succeeds, then, for example, he can easily legalize the children that his daughters (not always and not quite adults) will give birth to. The issue with bellies - girls can study remotely via the Internet and no one will see their swollen bellies.
He dropped off a newborn at the door of the orphanage - the nuns took care of her and gave her registration papers. Max will then have to adopt her. Which is why the rework happened.
The original orphanage idea cannot happen, and making the tweaks needed for it to be added to the game would make it kinda pointless. So it's shelved for the time being and I will focus on the story itself.
Westy getting fucked by the gov down in Oz was a wake-up call for all porn game developers dabbling in "questionable content." Before he got nailed (and for no valid reason if you ask me), there had never been anything even remotely resembling "real world consequences" for having a bunch of motherfucking pixels on a screen doing naughty things to one another in a purely fictional setting, i.e. a game.
So you can laugh it up all you want, but RIC0H is (in my opinion anyway) smart to try and avoid anything of the sort, even if it does mean watering down the juicy loli stuff a tad. Maybe in the future, when all those judgemental cunts in the government all die out, we can have our society be free of criminalisation of completely non-real pornography... But for now, we have to play it smart and not get on their insane radar.

You Should be doing a CYA! It's your risk not someone else's. It's easy for people to put off risk when They have Nothing at stake. Those are the people that will jump into something overconfident, get into trouble, then expect someone to bail them out. What you've got going on is working so leave it alone until the rules relax or you're finished with it.
I'm new to this world but I already have a certain preference of games that I intend to dedicate some time to and this is one of the few that has not only hooked me but has left me anxious for the next update which I have to admit waiting is not difficult what really is difficult, and the doubt as to whether or not there will be an update today I was out and about and had the unfortunate news that another game I really liked has been abandoned which I hope from the bottom of my heart doesn't happen with this one, because really good and immersive games are hard to find those who read this mega text I accept referrals don't worry, because I'm pretty sure I'll see your comments since I don't close the site page hahaha note I'm Brazilian and I'm using Google translator to translate my words so excuse any writing errors.
