i mean, the can't keep it in his pants sure but i cant remember the last time Brint/Brienne, Arona, Atugia, or even Cait honestly complained much at all. to be clear the can't keep it in his pants is mostly annoying to me as someone not into dicks and his was always out. the im a whiny little bitch was the thing that really made me unable to stand him

I will second not caring for Berwyn but I don't recall it being so often. Then again, I rarely invited or visited him. The transition scene still cracks me up, though.

They gave you the chance to transform him into a chick, just to lock him away inside femdom psycho tower forever, edging the player just enough to feel we are back, only to ruin it at last moment so we would knew it was over. The eternal CoC2 balance of wonder and disappointment

I really don't get why they spent time and resources on this just to turn around and demote him. That's the kind of work a project puts into elevating a character.

Writer tackles the new big thing he has been working on, realizes it's too much so he jumps to the next big thing, meanwhile they get another writer to do the previous part, but the new writer wants to focus on his own thing which happens to be the next big thing. The Ballad of Hirrud losing his cat harem to his sworn enemy, Durrih, will always live in the hearts of Hawkerthorn's citizens, also, why is his belt an upside down coin purse?, that's just silly

It wasn't two different decisions. Noone wanted to work on Berwyn so Savin commissioned B to give him an ending. It wasn't like he started on Berwyn then gave up - their actual alternative was deleting him iirc.

I really don't get removing a companion without having another to take his place. Unless Vivian is supposed to be his replacement even though she has very little content.
I think just letting him stay a companion even without having a new writer would have been better especially since there are companions with active writers who haven't really been updated anyway. But I guess someone would need to add 2 levels worth of skills but couldn't anyone do that?
