I'm having the exact same issue. I got all 6 events and the Eternal Friendship item, he's there when I'm nude but "too busy to notice", and when I'm clothed Kino is standing there by himself, Gyuu just disappears when I put clothes on. Any fixes or solutions?

those of you with those errors have JP encoding issues. fix your file name or re-extract with winrar with japanese shift encoding
