I think of htis game every now and then, its my favourit of the genre. I love the FMC who starts kinda innocent/kind and starts becoming sadistic corrupted and getting revenge on her enemies/bullies.. Not many of these games around. Barely any.

It is not a bug. It is the end of the English version. To play further, you can change the language in the settings.

Sadly looks like that despite this being a new update, the english version of the game is still the same as 1+ year ago...
Tried to play the new content in chinese using mtool to mtl in english but it actually force all the text in a "1 word per line" which ruin everything and require to click hundreds of time just to read a dialogue between characters...
Looks like I'll yet again wait until next year with the hope of a playable english version.
Man that's so disapointing, I really love this game and this update appeared unexpectedly like a christmas present out of nowhere after bearing the "abandonned" tag for several months, only for it to be just and empty box...

Its frustrating when a dev releases something broken. It gets them an incompetent reputation.
I just downloaded the new version to play it too, but its just going to be waste of time if I cant progress.
if it saves you, there is a small fix that you can do in mtool, in "mods"/ "open collection editor" you can make spaces be replaced with another character such as "PUNCTUATION SPACE" so that there will be no "one word per line"
If someone manages to successfully translate the game, can they share it? I tried with Translator++ and when I try to launch the game, an error appears saying it can’t find the image.

, it was the "line break" character that had to be switched to a space.It's still duck tape quality mtl but at least it's playable and understandable now.
Here, you first need to have 'mtool' installed with a free account etc.
The game needs to be in original chinese (Ingame setting)
Extract this in the main game folder and launch using 'Startwithtool' file.
