Wherever you extracted this game using your root/superuser privileges, you don't seem to have write permission there as a user. You need the write permission to (auto)compile any added or modified *.rpy source files, specifically the un.rpy file you added there.

You will also need the write permission to decompile any *.rpyc files, which seems to be your goal, knowing where that un.rpy file likely is coming from and what the error log reported about its contents. And finally, you need the permission to create any save files to save the game.

So you need to add the write permission there recursively. And considering that you may not even be the owner of that folder, as it likely belongs to the root, you need to change the owner before that.

Unfortunately I'm too unfamiliar with the Mac OS to know why is it located at "/private/var/folders/v_/gfrtjk4x3hvbgfgrnhthkl500000gn/T/AppTranslocation/CDC0DFF7-6E99-4D63-9884-2BD73CE7174B/d/CultureShockChp3.app".
And being as unfamiliar as I am, I would simply open the terminal and in case your user name matches with the name of the folder in the /home folder:

I half disagree I think the mother has some good and hot scenes too especially when you read the dialogue makes the context and the scenes better imo. But yeah beyond that I don't think the game is anything special
