couldnt get it to work in sandboxie. not sure what im doing wrong because it would work for the tutorial level and character customization and then would crash after entering elevator.

You can try next workaround:
* run game in Sandboxie and wait until game stuck in elevator
* switch to Sandboxie window and terminate SandboxieRpcSs.exe
