It had amazing potential yeah, and the developer was really into it - a work of passion for him. Some of the models are top notch.. I'll be sad never to see it finished.
Isn't there a chance someone could finish the game in his place? It would be a real shame if this masterpiece was left abandoned. There really is something for everyone in this game. And that's really something special.
As much as you might want it. Don't finish another writer's story, write something similar, because you can never quite deliver what they would have and it is disrespectful to claim otherwise.
Nonetheless most of assets used were never documented... Adds another layer of complexity
God damn, RIP to the dev. I had just stumbled across this today and was balls deep in it, figured I would check the thread towards the end and see what models had been released.
Its a tragedy the developer passed away, because this shows talent. A genuine love for games, especially sex games. Clearly he loved Cyberlunk 2077, and I do too. I had actually given up on modding it to have BDSM content, then I stumbled across this gem, which more than scratched the itch.
The characters are fleshed out pretty well, beautifully designed. Ava is incredible and definitely supports the bladerunner theory that if synths are advanced enough, they are essentially human. Detroit Become Human ain't shit compared to developing compassion for something/someone that was originally designed as a 'fuck doll'.
Dev did a fantastic job of humanizing sex robots, Asimov be damned.
The girls are very affectionate, but have distinct personalities and you kind of get fond of them.
I love the harem vibe that has all the girls engaging in friendly rivalries with one another. They're all so damn cute, and the fact its possible to accidentally kill them doing rough stuff made me think carefully (and save scum like a coward) before engaging in any brutal sex.
The renders and sounds are great, the soundtrack is pretty appropriate, the storyline is intriguing and I am devastated I won't get to see the conclusion.
But that's a drop in the bucket compared to the loss of a talented friend/family member.
Rest in paradise my guy, and may the slutty angels speed you to your rest.
