Thanks! I did a lot... I essentially rendered it flat, then in Photoshop I adjusted the levels to bring the shadows up and lower the highlights, then added some LUTs and chromatic aberration, halation and bloom, then some film grain.

Yoga Standing Balance Series - Bowing Bird of Paradise - Namitum Svarga Dvijasana
Had almost forgot that I could turn of geometry of specific body parts so that the skin didn't poke through immensely when body parts intersect, thankfully this one is with pants and the thigh can be turned off.
The one thing I am finding with doing these postures that have the more extreme hip angles is a very wonky pocket like warping on the clothing at the bottom of the groin. So far I have been using mesh grabber to push it along one of the axis, but I can't rotate with it as it will warp the hell out of the geometry with the slightest adjustment.
