A combination between shrinkwrapping geometry around the model in blender, rendering in Dazstudio and rendering in layers, and then utilizing webbing brushes in GIMP.

First render. Test render really. Custom body and made the textures/skin from scratch in Substance Painter. Will likely get rid of the forehead section of the tattoo - Not sitting well with me currently.

Holy Crap! I did not know you could use Canvasing to render multiple layers of an image at once! I had been rendering each layer I used individually, by making items invisible.
