I will usually just add a smoothing modifier...I will try it! Poking nipples is one of my biggest issue
Then adjust the smoothing to 5 and the collision to 5 as well, that usually does it.
If not, than you can usually adjust most clothing to be a little larger, expanded etc.

Grandpa's Place...
Just a note about the female in this. She's a character I have been working on for a while. Her height and other dimensions, as well as the clothing style she preferred are all based on a real life person I knew. I just wanted to test her out in a nice scene.
