If I may, "loli" is not a name, it's the shortened/familiar version of the name "Lolita", plus, as we all know, the label for a category of erotic content.
Plus, small correction, Nabokov may have explained it as the familiar form for Dolores, and it may well have come to France from Spain in that way, but the name "Lolita" in France existed as name before the book from Nabokov, for which the description as a book about pedophilia is actually quite reductive and diminutive - if it was just a straight and simple "professor predator" kind of idea, would be less complex and controversial book and story.
About the song, unless she remade a newer version, the text in the original French was quite clear, is about her playing on the "lolita" type, which effectively even in the book and the older movie (even if they "raised" the age by two years) from one side is obviously too young for the professor (or if you prefer the professor for her, or actually, both), thus is expected the professor would not pursue the situation, but from the other, Lolita is not a passive victim.
