Topaz DeNoise AI is very good.
I have the Topaz bundle, which came with Topaz Photo AI: I've found that it has just enough of DeNoise built-in to make it a great all-in-one tool for when an image might need more than just less noise.

Love the scene. I'm guessing you added a lightroom filter afterwards. But was the rain photoshop or in daz itself? All in all it looks artistic and natural.

I did some edits with camera raw filter in photoshop, the rain was added in photoshop, the puddles were added in daz, rain is always a bit to heavy to render I think, it's must easier to add in post.
