Well, there's a girl who is depicted several times having sex with other guy(s), but she is not a love interest (although there's an ending involving her). One potential LI is depicted having sex with one male character in her job, but she's not enjoying it and your potential relationship with her starts after that, so you can still choose not to touch her. The same goes for another potential LI who might be sexually abused by another male character while you watch, if you let it happen (again, your potential relationship with her starts after that scene, if you choose to pursue her). The main LI is an escort you first meet as her client (you won't see her with other guys, though), and the female character whose story triggers the whole game was also sexually active with other men in the past (you are investigating her affairs and may be able to fuck her too). None of these scenes are intended to cause jealousy neither on players nor the MC, so the site tag doesn't apply, but every person seems to have a very narrow and particular vision of what constitutes NTR, so you'll decide. Not sure what difference the mod makes.
