What is the difference between maturation types body / mind ?

maturation: when the character changes stage or ages

If it is body, physical changes are normal

If it is a mind and for example a character has a male body and a female mind, it becomes feminized and vice versa.

the bug seems to still appear when i click on the All section on the backpack
crashes the whole game everytime

Where I can find a manor? Tried to do this myself, but cannot find it. Explored the whole map, completed all possible quests and still cannot find it. Where I missed it?
Edit: Nevermind, I found it. Forgot about some pathes, that previously was unfinished
