In my case I chose Hive Queen because of the power that alliance will surely offer you, however, they are literally monsters, I am sure they will cause problems in the future.

This is giving me mad Mass Effect vibes, where you have to decide if you spare the Queen and her 'children' or kill them for good. And the game gives you 2 situations where it makes your reconsider and exterminate them, but sparing them is actually rewarding.
However... this hive queen does give me some shady vibes.

I had the imprtession, by how they presents the dialogs and the toughts, that sideing with the hive might be the "wrong" choice. But it's more likely that both will be fine for the ending, just the hive being a lot more morally gray.

Also Incest tag explains that it includes not blood related family.

i have no problem while using pc version in joiplay.

Back then, this game might not have had the tag applied.
It does now.
Incest includes "step" relationships, as far as the tag rule is concerned.
To qualify for the tag it's any family member, not just blood.
