The author is Ukrainian. Earlier there was a ukrainian political propaganda in the game, which he subsequently deleted after complaints from the players.

I did mostly everything in the game, but I still bug on this "?" character. I have this "?" for months already. Who is she?
The tips says "You will meet her while working at the local store"
(at the local store, I unlocked Alexa already)
did I miss something, or is it a bug?

Open Destroyer in text editor, find " if $cheats == " " (press (ctrl f)) and change it to " if $cheats != " ".
Then type anything as a password.

That'd fit. Many Ukrainians may know these things. I was almost sure when I saw some dialogue with Maybach for free, connected with priest, homeless or taxes, don't remember anymore. In Poland we have priest businessman Rydzyk who claimed that his Maybach was a gift from homeless man who just died, so he can't confirm. And you know... you shouldn't refuse gifts, so he's using it. That's the funny part of history. The scarry part is that a lot of old people who worship him, believed it.
