if you already finish a game, go down stair. There is an old adventurer that let you unlock all scene.
In the dungeon? i dont find in the inn, and i talk with every npc inside

If you complete once, start a new game/+. She is down stair in the inn. Talk to everyone again. She not going to say straight forward "want to unlock?", but you can infer

The luck stat is what helps with this. Just select gear based on that and you should be okay.

Farm lower lvl for a bit. Gear up. Later on you will get to event floor that give luck stat.

how about... not playing the buggy official version and sticking to dazedanon's translation until they fix the bugs.
