Do you know what I should do? I stay in the start menu and I can move the arrows between the options but I can't choose them, I can't start a new game, I can only move between the options.

Hit buttons? Try Z, Enter, Space, ect.

Here's my save file. I completed the game with my cheat table (gravity/GodMode/Damage Modifier/FOV adjustment/movement speed modifiers/etc). You may request it. You can access pixel CG via a bot on the top of your house.
