as of 2023 ai said there have been no known documented cases of a male with Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome fathering a child. Also if they did, there would be a 50% chance the disease would be passed on to the child.

I also see more people asking if it will be in the vn if the tag isn't listed, and if it's avoidable, than those that ask for it because they want it. Optional is always the best option. Then the dev doesn't have to play the "numbers" game. All sides are pleased and you get more subscribers
