I think you have to toggle the jealousy trait though. They have it off by default because the person who wrote her dialogue didn't vibe with it anymore, iirc.

It's a character setting. Considering they mention "Classmate", I would assume the event is supposed to trigger before she becomes independent. As you can see, she's now 3 days from that.
Yeah I don't know if something is broken or if it's just not finished but the last time I had a kid with her I did get unique events when interacting with the daughter but it was only ever her just teasing the player character I never had anything happen that was outright sexual or with her classmates when she was going to school.
From what I could read, it needs the option on (obviously, CFLAG:139:1997), need to have seen the related events between 8:00-14:00 hours, the aforementioned flag 1997 must be equal or greater to than 4 which is initially triggered at school, and must be young enough to be at school up to independence.
If I'm understanding this right, I would have to have the Children Portrayal toggle on and physically interact with the kid? For some reason I had assumed it would be some kind of night event.
