The ignorance of not knowing he is missing and not checking regularly to see if he has returned does sound a little blissful.Yep deuxrayme that really deserves a wow or even better a facepalm reaction (if existed) because they won't even bother to read what is being said on the thread. That's true...Koga3 usually does a mod also although I haven't seen an update on his site yet.
Havn't had time so far to check the new game release, and currently have some others to maintain later after work, too. But also have to admit not sure it makes even sense for me to continue my Mod. With LightmanP making a imo way better WT Mod (I'm not that good in that with free roam games) I maybe step back here. And maybe "borrow" his Mod for trying to at least update my port. Well, we will see.Koga3 usually does a mod also although I haven't seen an update on his site yet.
Scrappy's or LightmanP? Because I never found a scrappy mod for Eternum, even doing searches. And LightmanP, well have to wait more time to be available for free.Scrappy's mod is out.
My bad. I follow him on patreon, so I see the update posts there. It should be public sometime tomorrow. (I forgot where I got it when I responded)Scrappy's or LightmanP? Do I leave the save fixer in the game folder after I install LightmanP's mod? I'm assuming the process is:For anyone wandering, it is unlikely that there will be an update to this mod any time soon, if at all in the future due to Sancho being MIA for quite some time now. If you got issues with saves i suggest use SaveFixer from the OP and use LightmanP's mod in the meantime once he updates his which is a pretty decent alternative. Hopefully Sancho comes back at some point but it's unlikely he will be here for this update sadly. It certainly will be different playing it without his mod though
Probably you can skip step 4 but no harm done doing it also for safety, for what I notice in other games only is a problem if you still load Sancho modded saves, the clean saves work for me even if I take the SaveFixer out, I still leave it there anyway because I may need to check an older save made with Sancho mod. I save often hehe almost on every choice games give and in between chapters/episodes.Do I leave the save fixer in the game folder after I install LightmanP's mod? I'm assuming the process is:
1.) Install 8.0
2.) Import Saves folder
3.) Install Save Fixer
4.) Run the last imported save on 8.0 and make a clean save
5.) Install LightmanP mod
6.) Load modded game with clean save
I'm not sure if the save fixer interferes wiith any other modded saves or if the stuff that Sancho wrote to the saves persists in future saves.
Well i tend to leave the SaveFixer in just in case i want to load some other previous saves but new saves will not be affected either way. If you want you can safely remove it after you have made a new saveDo I leave the save fixer in the game folder after I install LightmanP's mod? I'm assuming the process is:

Yeah I thought the same but in Eternum they give error if they come from a save made previously with Sancho mod even if they are "clean not using Sancho mod but with other mod or unmodded" already, look at my post above yours.Well i tend to leave the SaveFixer in just in case i want to load some other previous saves but new saves will not be affected either way. There is no news of Sancho since late June last year and no one knows if he is ever coming back, I advise you to use the SaveFixer that it is in the OP if you were using Sancho mod in the previous version and have saves using it and want to play unmodded or to use LightmanP mod. Or just start a fresh playthrough, up to you. You just have to read last 10-20 posts in this thread to realize this.hello sancho, when are you going to release the v 0.8 eternum mod? thank you
Scrappy also made a mod ... seems like he took some inspiration from Sancho in the things offered in his version, but you still need the savefixer if you want to continue from a Sancho save.hello sancho, when are you going to release the v 0.8 eternum mod? thank you
Thanks Elhemeer, wasn't aware of that. Gonna do a search, I guess there is a mod thread maybe? I'll search everywhere by title "eternum" maybe I find it just to at least try it since LightmanP mod is already very good. But scrappy mods also always have good quality.Scrappy also made a mod ... seems like he took some inspiration from Sancho in the things offered in his version, but you still need the savefixer if you want to continue from a Sancho save.
