If it isn't Alex, my money is on Nova being first since she's the most scatterbrained so even if she and the others were actively trying to avoid it in the real world she'd probably forget to take her pills and end up preggers.

This is IDRIEL... she's the creation of The Founder ( as we used to know )
But we know, Eternum is not a game and The Founder didn't made it ( he discovered it )
And a lot of people (we) say that Idriel is actually Queen Anima ( it's possible )
If we focus on Caly's story
She was imprisoned by King Yliar ( prince whatever u call him )
And later she was rescued ( saved ) by a magician ( Eldari maybe human? idk ) using 10 Gem of dooms
Now our ORION can travel in between Realms, and Calypso was sure that only descendants of Anima or the bloodline of Yliar know and can use the Ancient magic to travel between realms
While we were playing ver 0.5 and 0.6, we ( players ), along with Orion and teams were questioning if The Founder is an Immortal, which was later confirmed by William ( our ex-father-in-law
Can our Hero be an Immortal? ( maybe son/relative of The Founder? )

Sounds possible, but most of them have not had a relationship before, so probably have not thought of birth control. Second, remember that most of them start off not wanting an internal release (with a quick reversal indicating that most of them have a cream-pie fetish), then there is the option to finish inside or outside as well. Alex may actually be pregnant and just doing the old Alex thing with, "Oh, well I'm pregnant but it is my problem." When she saw the protagonists reaction it confused her. With Alex, you never really know. Maybe she is pregnant but is trying to decide on her own what to do so she can act all independent, leaving the protagonist out of it since he may not be so against her being pregnant. She reversed her statement about being pregnant because she did not want the MC to worry about it and try the old "let's get married" thing. Alex is like, marriage? what? me? heck no!!! I have a feeling that several of the LI's are pregnant if the option to "cum inside" was chosen at the appropriate times. With Alex, this will have an impact as she will see that she will not be pregnant alone, therefore, she really is not alone overall.
With Nova, who knows. She is not only scatterbrained, but neurotic. She may have overthought things and gotten birth control, then vacillated back and forth whether to take it or not, then threw the birth control away when the date plans got messed up, then looked for them in the trash and realized they had already been taken by the trash collectors, then forgot that she even had bought birth control in the first place only to buy more and forgot where she put them. Since her mother was so dead set on condoms, it is likely Nova does not have pills in any event regardless of any possible nutty scenarios.

I don't even bother with other AVNs anymore because Eternum was ruined them for me. I know nothing will ever top this. Maybe I'll play the next Ripples when it comes out, but I don't bother keeping up with it anymore.
I might give OIAL a try though, it is on my list.

The only LI we had that option for was Penny. The others were forced.

True there were a couple of "improper decision" choices and Penny's scene actually had the option come up. The others were not forced really, unless you count the MC being forced by Nova's and Alex's overexuberance, they were on top and kinda in control in those situations.

I think it's pretty clear that she was joking but she was pleased with the reaction

This is kind of funny because I had a very different reaction to the idea that she might already be pregnant. I imagined a scene where she sets aside her dream and there is an emotional moment but then in the epilogue we get a scene of her four years later in the next Olympics with Orion and a few of the other girls along with their four year old son or daughter in the audience cheering her on as she gets the medal, gold or silver, either could be good, with her holding the kid and the medal, showing that kids don't destroy your dreams but can actually end up making the dreams even better if you just don't give up. To me this would actually be a bigger emotional impact that a random scene of her wining a metal in game and then just getting a line or single still in the epilogue of her pregnant or saying she is. Just my two cents, not trying to change anyone's mind or convince anyone this is how it *should* go, just the idea I had when the scene in the bathroom happened.

It's currently December 2034 in the game. The next summer Olympics won't be until 2036 as the last one was in 2024. If Alex is pregnant she will miss the next US National Championships in Swimming held every year. She should be able to make it to the Olympics in 2036 if she qualifies in the US Olympic Trials usually held a few months prior.
