The patreon page looks dead. No way to tell what version was the last patreon version before it was removed from patreon?
On tfgames.site (see link in OP) is a discord link. You maybe could try that ...

I did have the Patreon version but deleted it a long time ago, I can't remember what the extra scenes were but from memory there were also a lot of bugs which is why I deleted it. Sorry I can't be more help

I picked through the code and fixed some of the bugs. Not all of them, and don't expect any follow-up work, but it should be a significant improvement.

sadly none of these types of games make it very far , most are abandoned half way through there have been a few exceptions
like Suddenly a Girl ....Goblin's pet..... the collar...succubus contract...chemical change..etc ....

Succubus Contract is very good, especially with the supernatural element, I had the MC lean into the story as if Slowly losing more humanity, the more the MC gives into Temptation, slowly forgetting the MC's old self until The MC's mind is more Temptress Half Demon than Human. Completely consumed by Lust. Just waiting to see when the MC becomes the predator and everyone else her lustful Prey.
