You have to install all of them in order. Follow the 'Installation' instructions on the OP. There's absolutely no reason to list old versions if they aren't needed or useful. All four downloads contain numerous additional needed files to make the game work.

The release post mentions a 'Ultra Fast Game Start' option that was added to the Bathroom menu. There's also the 'Crushboss' cheat in the same menu that is less powerful but will still get you to the unique events and stories rather quickly.
Both of these cheats remove a huge amount of grind in the game so we don't recommend them until players get familiar with the game mechanics first.

If you want an all-in-one cheat that improves most of the MC's stats, use the 'Pimp Me' cheat in the cheat menu. Individual stats are done by commands such as this:
mus[you]=2000 (muscles)
kungfu[you]=2000 (martial arts)
boxing[you]=2000 (boxing)
sambo[you]=2000 (wrestling)
Don't include the description notes: muscles, martial arts, boxing, wrestling.

Some players have gotten the game to work in Linux but in a emulated Windows environment. I don't know the details of this but if you can get the Windows version of VLC Video Player to run then the game will most likely work also.
You cannot use another version of QSP Player. Only the one bundled with the game will work and it's Windows only. Others have played the game in a Virtual Machine (VM) running Windows 7 or newer, or in a emulated Windows environment.

Is there any chance of handjob videos being added to the game the tag is there but it would be good if we had the option alongside blowjob etc would this be a lot to add into the game at this point?

Any way to make the font larger without changing my display resolution? Would love to play this game more but there's so much text and the font is so small, I see how you can change the theme but not size.

Save your game, quit, start again, and load your save. It's a common problem without another solution.

Not unless another developer comes along and adds it. There are a few handjob scenes as some blowjob scenes are half blowjob, half handjob. I know of at least one pure handjob scene in the 'Family Trouble' story. Your idea isn't a bad one and has merit...
The policy of F95Zone is that if the game even contains one scene of a certain fetish, the tag has to stay. We know this because we've asked to have certain tags removed and were told that if it occurs even one time in the game that the tag will not be removed.

No sorry. The text is optimized for a 1920x1080 screen resolution. I can see a potential problem if players are using 2K or 4K screen resolutions but they'll also have numerous problems with other apps having too small of text.
It's a stat for breast size.

How do you play this? Opening the qsp starts an empty window. Going into the evil folder and trying to go from there closes the game after making your character.

I think it was mentioned a few pages back that this is a sign that the updates were not installed in the correct order...? Could be wrong.

I downloaded the full torrent. Anyway I figured out later that for some reason I had to run "Go.bat" from the main folder, for some reason doing that doesn't crash the game after character creation.
