Just put up the second batch of signs for the Mayor and it locked up, can't do anything but quit and restart. And when I restart it doesn't do anything either. Any suggestions?

Not sure i seen this in other updates but the content for several npcs are not showing correctly on the pc like the mom and several other characters are showing more then their is content unlocked ?? not sure how to describe it but if character has 5/5 sometimes i get more then what is avialable like it can say 6/5 or higher etc.. I hope i explained it correctly.
