There is no such way, as the main fetishes of this game are humiliation and blackmail for Monica and some of the other girls.
Episode 1 is kind of prequel. There are no sex scenes of Monica in ep1, but the episode itself is not too long and I would strongly advise you not to skip it.

I hope there will be endings for the "EP3 only" which is now too heavy in size (11gb) but the EP4 will start after the end of this episode and maybe finally "Monica's revenge" will be the title for the fourth episode. (I think EP3 is very near to end)

How has Monica changed? With everything that has befallen her she still sees herself as the most beautiful and intelligent woman on the planet. In her own mind she is perfect. She sees no reason to change and is not on this journey for any sort of life lesson or self improvement. She is going through the events of the game to have her status and wealth returned. This isn't a game about a just out of school or collage girl with a whole new world of sexual discovery ahead of her. Monica from the very beginning of episode 1 is a veteran character. Her skills and adult personality are set. What will keep this game from being predictable is the events and acts that Monica will go through to win back her power and wealth.
In my opinion when Monica gives up on her wealth and power and settles for anything less this will be the early endings in ep3. As the game continues toward and into ep4 Monica's situation will become more perilous and she will need to go to more extreme measures to fight for her former life. To me this is the logical continuation for this game. Not some 180 degree swing of Monica's personality, with everything she touches suddenly turning to gold allowing her to take control and reap revenge on everyone in episode 4.
And please don't ask me to read any post from Defd. I would rather hit my head against a brick wall.
I play Episode 2 1,16 complete so this will come in episode 3 or did i need extra version for this content?

I don't know about Win7x32 (you probably need 32-bit version of the game), but under Win7x64 Fashion Business (x32 and x64 versions) runs without any problems.
The extra version is preferable only because of the full hd resolution (1080p) and the additional scenes, but even in the regular 720p version all the quests from all the storylines (including Shiny Hole) are available for their completion. So you need to run Ep3 v10 and continue playing using the save you made at the end of Ep2 v16. If you still have questions, check out the FAQ.

It's so hard to say without having the error logs. If any error occurs at startup of the game, write about it. Give brief technical specifications of your PC (processor type/model, video card model, amount of RAM). In general, VN games usually are not too demanding to hardware and I know only one reason for Fashion Business not starting on rare occasions for some players. It's a conflict between the new version of Ren'Py 7.4.2 and the old hardware. For more information on this see the FAQ. (point 1.5.5) and the method given there may help you. Try to run the game specified there, if it will not run on your hardware, then the matter is a conflict of old hardware and an updated version of RenPy.

Monica has never been frigid. Asexuality ≠ frigidity. Obviously, you should familiarise yourself with the definitions of these concepts. Monica has had orgasms before (the most famous example being her sex with Steve in the pool of her mansion) in episode 2. Monica has been aroused before, but has tried to interrupt sexual interactions for various reasons (this has been discussed many times). So don't attribute frigidity to Monica, she never had it.

Yes Monica has become used to having sex and selling her body. She is now prepared to do sexual acts that at the beginning of the game she probably didn't know existed.
