Some scenes are a bit longer than the "normal" scene. Usually adding a little more sexual/humiliating content. Very most scenes don't have additional content in extra version.
The percental difference between 720p (standard) version and 1080p (extra) versions is probably a small 1-digit number.

as you can see the angle of the camera shoot is different and the render quality is not the same
anyway if you download the patch i have posted you will be able to know the "real" differences between Extras and NO-Extras
UP to version 0.15 for now.

I have decided to give this game a 2nd shot after several months. However I've encounter (at least I think i have) essentially game breaking bug (?). When Monica is in the "Upper Level" in the house (regardless of the time) she is keen on cleaning the stain. This means that she can only talk to Betty (and go back to cleaning) or actually work on cleaning the stain -- this she can do repeatedly without any effect. When she tries to leave anywhere she just says something like "no I have to finish this first" (even after cleaning the stain dozen times). Luckily one can leave by "quick travel" option in the top right corner, so it did not bother me that much. However at one point in the story Monica has to "warn Bradie" about Betty going to the gym, which means going to his room. Unfortunately, his room is not accessible via quick travel option and the only way to go there is to go to upper level and then go to his room, however whenever Monica is in the upper level she refuses to leave any standard way, meaning Bradie's room is inaccessible, effectively cutting the storyline way short. Is there any workaround? Or bugfix coming?

Just... wow. Thank you for the reply. Judging by the fact that this was reported half a year ago and there is no fix yet, I assume that this game is effectively closed for any new-comers and only playable by players that has saves from previous versions that allow them to circumvent the problem.

I downloaded it. But I saw that it is missing the scenes in the shiny hole where she competed with Molly. After she wins there is an option to perform dirtier poses just to ensure victory which is only for the extra version. That is not here

I think there are 2 reasons
1) The scene are you looking for is on V0.16
or
2) there are no extras for that scene in v0.15

Not all the scenes have extra contents

in the file there are 1080 pics and movies... only EXTRA scenes... there is a mod that allow to play the 1080p pics in the game with 720p resolution.. (down scaled via rpy script)

Hey, I have a problem with the escort service storyline. I took agreed to Philips offer after the presentation (the bathroom blowjob scene), but I don't have Philips' house unlocked on the map. Is there something I've done wrong? And is there any way to unlock it now, without replaying the whole game again?

The extraction of Win/Linux version failed after about just 230 megs, so almost everything was corrupted. I cannot send a screenshot as the file is deleted already. As a quick and temporary (?) solution you may zip all the files except "game" folder, as the people can take it from the Mac version.

I have to tank you Geko1711 due to the full saves up to V0.15 Extra 1080p with a text file that explain well all the paths for the extended version.
In any case this game taken the term blue balls to a new extreme level, now can be renamed as:
I have no more blue but just "spiderweb balls"
Blue-Balls should be a tag like NTR(as the opposite) just for warning players before is too late.
