Great convergence by Decent Monkey here. That's going to be a terrific update with that scene only. 5 men vs. 5 escorts in that pick-up line. Who is going to pick Monica then knowing that 3-4 of them already tried her? Or will the 5 men ALL choose and go with Monica for a mega gang bang session ...?

I believe to get the team building option you need for Monica to have taken her revenge on Linda in one of the previous escort events.
It's the bald bloke who likes his finger sucked second "date".

Finally worked out it.Loaded the old backup save of the date with Olaf,and chose the option to let Olaf bang linda instead of monica,then the"team building"event happened when Monica work as an escort in the next day.
In my latest main save, I chose monica have sex with Olaf herself,so I didn`t get the event of"team building".I think this is likely to be a lesbian branch of escort route.Thanks for your help!

At the moment there's not much. Basically a couple of the prostitutes at the hotel try to get back at Monica by buying her services to pleasure them. They are interrupted by the receptionist(pimp)and Monica is told off for not giving the house its cut.
Definitely worth finding as it will lead on to bigger and better events.
To get to the team building event you need to piss off Linda in the Olaf investor date and piss off the other prostitute in the second date with the fat bald weird dude.
