From what I understand (I played a little, but other more visually appealing games stole my attention), it's from losing regularly so that the world state is massively negative.

I've downloaded the game, but after clicking the /exe and the loading bar comes up it crashes. Do I need something else or is it just to old for win 11?

If it ever comes up again, my system was alredy set to Japan, but that blue checkmark wasn't checked. Checking it seemed to fix it.

There's a couple badends that are slightly more in depth, you could spend some amount of time in them. I will say they aren't the longest though.

I believe the petplay ending is indefinite + multiple other bad ends are playable but I don't think any of the other ones are indefinite
