No time for that. I teach, I have my small business, I learn languages, and I'm writing my 2nd book. I use porn games - and games in general really - as a break between all the things I do, but month after month I play less and less, finding less pleasure in it; I think there are only 4 games that I want to try playing this year. I did try making a game few yrs ago, but the ideas were too complicated and time demanding so I focused on other things. But I'm certainly looking forward to see the fruits of your labor!

I would probably not enjoy something that I make myself, specially a game that requires continuos testing, repeat scenes and so on. if you get to enjoy something from this process of development I think is a different type of joy from say when you discover scenes from a game another person made and so.

I do not care too much about self insert really. I'd gladly play a game where we have a female mc and dom males too. I find self insterting is hard to do for me unless the game is very VERY good at immersion.

Hi everyone. How do you guys feel about lesdom and futadom(futa on female/futa on futa) games? Just wondering for now...

My stance is that if the futa is the one that's dominant, then it shouldn't be tagged FEMdom (I've got a problem with a lot of porn out there that tags pictures as femdom when it's futa, I'd hate for that to spread here) and thus isn't really relevant here.
I'm fine with lezdom, got nothing against it.

I haven't played this game for 2-3 updates, but can confirm up until that point the game had femdom route (tho MC needs to use mind control abilities to push some characters to dom him, but it's more like the characters were already dominant, he just needed to make them notice him).

EDIT: Just checked the game, there haven't been anything added in terms of femdom. The game even starts looking like it tries to push me towards maledom (I resisted of course).

I think we all agree that this game would be better (for us) if the "Mind Control" came from the female char instead of the male one.

I don’t agree at all.

You need to have freedom of choice to purely enjoy femdom. It is more exciting to play a femdom game if you know that you made the choice by yoursef to be put into femdom.

When a game just railroad me into femdom I already know that the game can’t be top tier to me. NIF and Karlsonn Gambit have both tags and that the reason why they are the bests femdom games.

There are games that have both tags, but the femdom content is at a similar level or more than the maledom, a great example is Boring Days where the game is pretty much a femdom game with very limited maledom content

That's a fair criticism, it's not easy balancing both at the same time design-wise.

It's not that a game that has both content can't be good at all. Yeah, Boring Days exists, Karlsson's Gambit as well, Nothing is Forever... sure, we know these are great games that features both maledom and femdom, and they bring the possibility of choosing to be dominated (which is enjoyed by many femdom lovers). So of course, a game can feature maledom and femdom and be good.

However, there is the factor that the dev needs to divide his focus between these multiple routes (taking more time to deliver the same amount of of content than it would be if he/she was dedicated only to femdom). And we all know that maledom community will be there as well, bringing their classic lines like "femdom? ewwwwww, it should be limited to footjobs and a male taking over the femdom bitch!!" (despite the fact they actually don't need to play the femdom route and thus shouldn't give a shit about it), and sometimes persuading the dev to put aside the femdom content to focus solely on maledom content.

Not to mention about games where the dev is a maledom lover but artificially put femdom content into the game (typically with the idea to bring more people to play his game and sign up to his Patreon/SubscribeStar/etc.), which results in hilarious femdom content (like the footjobs the "maledom fans" mentioned before).

It typically happens because it is more natural to create something that you have interest. In most cases, if you are a femdom lover, you'll have more knowledge/talent/accuracy/etc. to write about femdom, and when it comes to maledom... eh, it may not be great. So, when you write about maledom, it may be not natural, and this lack of naturality may be perceived on the game (and the same applies to maledom lovers who write about femdom).

OF COURSE, this is not an unbreakable law, some people may love maledom and write good femdom, and that's ok! Not to mention switches exists too (people who loves both femdom and maledom). Talented writers may also handle this kind of situation too and deliver good works despite their lack of interest.

It can be done, but it requires more effort, as you need to dive into a subject that does not catch your interest (and maybe you even dislike it) in order to please the people who loves it.

And finally, F95 tags also contributes to this case, as the "Female domination" tag alone does not really tell us if a game is actually about femdom or not. Maledom+Femdom tags being put together is typically all about the footjob scene somewhere in the middle of the game, or some actual femdom route that will be probably dropped at some point of the development.

The last sentence is the biggest reason why I'm skeptical about games that features maledom and femdom at the same time.
