Do you have a working link for the v0.5 of Socks? I didn't find even a single one that worked, even by searching on chinese forums. I would be glad if somebody with the game could share it somehow

I think that was meant as a preview, and we will see a bit more character development in future releases. From what he said on Patreon I think his main focus is also still ANLIS and this game is meant as something more straightforward which is easier and faster to make, so he has less downtime with no releases.
Concerning the game overall I liked the fetishes in it and the art style. Was more or less what I expected from what he said on Patreon, so didn't really have other expectations which could have been disappointed.

I mean he did say that he doesn't focus on the story in this game, so the patreons have atleast something, while waiting for ANLIS.Hmm... While the visual side is pretty much the same, I think the scenes are less engaging. There's no build up, no tension here imho, and it's all very predictable. The way we get to know other characters in ANLiS and the choices we make (not to mention a more detailed surroundings) make for a more intense femdom scenes imo, not just suspended in some imaginary simple plot device, but with context to the humiliation coupled with the knowledge we could choose another way. Thanks to that they also overcame my dislike for anime/manga style drawings used. And as it is supposedly a game I'd like to play it, not just be a passive observer of scenes. I think ANLiS stroke a good balance between plot and porn and gameplay, at least for me.
And personal pet peeve: the mentions of "mature scent". It's such a boner killer for me

I'm not his patron so wasn't aware of that; makes sense given how long one has to wait for updates, tho with making another project waiting will be most likely even longer now. I probs skip this new game of his, but I'm happy to hear ANLiS is still a priority. Thanks for the info.
