Its random, but you can reroll the events if you exit to main menu and reload the autosave. The game now have more than 70 events so I think its impossible to get all of them in the history mode without using cheats.

I remember the first time I played the game it was my favorite event as well, even though it was bbc. Although I didn't really like that she didn't even feel at least minimal shame or a little anxiety when she suddenly noticed the MC in the bedroom, and that she practically switched to slutty mode in one day.

My personal opinion, but I think such events like the "Don't wait for me" would only be gripping if the NTR was more about the non approved cheating. In this case that would still matter for us what Zoe actually does on these evenings. And then we could play the "detective" to find out whether she's cheating on us or not. But since the cheating is an allowed factor in this game, there is no such feelings like worry or jealousy..
As for the Jeff scenes...
First of all... Until this day I still don't understand where this BBC interracial idea came from. But overall the bull scenes could have been still much more effective than they are now. In fact, the forced cuckolding should have simply been netorare, which doesn't start with any "serious talk" event, but immediately with a cheating scene, where we find Zoe with another man upon returning home. I mean what's the point of Zoe announcing in advance that she's going to cheat on us... Ok, she's dominant.. but it's like someone telling us in advance what we'll get for our birthday..
But overall the main problem with the current form of Netorase in the game is that until the cuckold scene, we didn't even know about Jeff or he is even existed. He just suddenly pops in for a round with Zoe, then he leaves. We haven't seen the whole process of, when Zoe met with him and how Jeff seduced her in the first place. Missing the whole buildup from the genre, and everything happens "in a hurry"..
As others have suggested before me, we need a regular visitor, let's say a neighbor, but definitely with a new bull, who not only pops in for the NTR scenes, but also visits us from time to time as a "harmless guest" who's actually interested in Zoe. This way we could follow the entire corruption process as they become friends, and then with benefits.
I wish I knew how to move camera freely in my first playthrough! Some scenes get spicier in free cam mode.
