I completed every event unless theres a secret one but my list appears to be completed since everything is written in black font which seems to signify i completed everything

I think someone said earlier that the mods uploaded the 2020 version over the 2019 version. Is there any way we can still download the 2019 version and is it any different?

The 2019 version is in a spoiler at the bottom of the the thread.
And the 2019 and 2020 versions are literally entirely different games.

Please, can somebody give me a save with Jinora scene unlocked? I did all of the shit, and I pressed the box behind toilet, but still cant unlock it...

I would never guessed that you need to comeback like 30 times to trigger new scene You said it had to be done several times but how many exactly is several because ive done it a couple hundred times and it hasnt done anything

If I remember, the code has you do it 10 times. But it's kinda finnicky and like I said, that first step didn't work for me so it may not have worked for you. Try using the console.
If you don't wanna skip the dialog choices at step 4, set ss_naughty to 10 instead of 11. Then talk to her.
No they are two separate games.
[spoilers] 2019 you get Zombie Katara, Vampire Toph, Mummy Azula and Werewolf Korra. In the 2020 you get a story told by tenzin about Sokka. You get Vampire Azula, Mai and Ty Lee. Slave Jo Dee, Ghost Yui and Tenzin x teen Jinora
