There hasn't been any explicit loli check / reference yet, but the first time you leave the compound has a line that can be interpreted as Jinora and Tenzin left the compound to fuck if you have the context of fucking her when she was a loli and Tenzin continuing that (as shown in Spookytimes)
Yeah, I remember that line, but I honestly don't remember if it's there in a fresh start without a book 4 save and I don't really feel like booting up the game to check. I know the MC makes a few references to having used Tenzin's body too, but I can't remember if it's just about Senna/Pema/Asami or not.

What I noticed - the game doesn't see my nickname, it just calls me the default one: Mr'Awsome. The saves aren't old - for example, the one with the interaction with "old" Ikki is from version 1.1.1c. If you can - send my observations to Marty, because it's something that clearly needs fixing.
