Since Fighting It still has some interest and there is no real progress towards new games, i decided to try to make a "framework" of the Fighting It that, with additional work from other users, can become a full game with potential for addition of a lot of new content created by users. To be clear - task of creating content or "the girls" for the game will be fully in users hands and there not plans to create any by me.
Instead of trying to makes sense of the code that now kind of hard to read, i used left over notes for the game and vague memory of how game should work, to write updated notes for the "framework"(there is a few changes to old elements and addition of new ones). For example Desire for girls, MC's Lust, MC's goals and endings are removed intentionally, but some might be forgotten/overlooked. Also game is planned to be endless(1 year on repeat without time related changes), instead of "Interaction" with MC during neutral actions girls will "Interrupt" him and Relationship with girls can't go irreversibly bad.
While i slowly start to work on the UI and then adding game's mechanics, my request for you is to look at these notes and see if they give you ideas on how to improve or add something new, but please keep in mind that your suggestions could be ignored.
P.S. These notes with time can be changed, forgotten to be updated or ignored.

Notes about media and story content should be added when "framework" will be more or less ready. As for now creating content has good chances to be useless.

(If you're accepting further suggestions, I'd add a bit of complexity in the logic here, if you're still changing the code for the jobs, maybe adding a second/third requirement for possible promotions could be a good idea, like working as a code-monkey just with Math, then a Sr dev should have Endurance to be able to withstand the management calls/meetings - and overnight deployments, and a Tech Lead should have Charisma to manage his team)

Restless nights (based on other stats, could cause penalties)
Wet/Horny dreams (Lust penalty)
Inspiriting (Could maybe give a boost/bonus to attribute development?)

Sure. 3 possible levels for each job. 2nd and 3rd level will require additional stat to be good enough. I like the idea

Any update on this?

I only have one suggestion: If you're adding fighting to the game, maybe it would work for you to possibly beat up a rival, but then that causes him to gain sympathy with a love interest and leads to ntr scenarios. For instance, there might be a shy nerd character that you bully, and that causes his mom to "comfort" him and dislike you.

Any update on this?
Build is at kind of playable stage with a few core elements missing.
There is less customization than was planned originally, but game already can generate girls, locations and jobs for MC from a few lines of JS code inside external .js files.
Plenty to finish still, but a lot is done.

Well Power Vacuum just got delayed by a couple of months, and Summertime Saga has completely imploded. Please, ef_it, save us from this hellscape of unfinished, unplayable games!
