as far as i know, hero slaves are the ones you find already in the arcology when you start a new game with cheat start or limited cheat starts

They are the slaves found when purchasing another slave owners stock and I think one (can it be more?) will be abandoned in the penthouse if you are doing a start scenario where you aren't the first owner of the penthouse.

You are indeed correct. Low adaption vs womb volume may result in heath damage, tiredness and possibly death by bursting.
It increases as the slave experiences birthing.
How do I read the numbers? Like, if a slave's pregnancy adaptation is 50, how do I use that to tell at what point she'd start experiencing complications?

If estimated womb volume is red, means it has exceeded the safe volume or very close to the estimated safe volume, either pray or have a c sec done.
Preg adapt seems to be a multiplier for setting safe womb volume. Think its 10 = 100k volume?

I'm sorry if someone already asked this before. How do you alter PC's genes in pregmod? The built-in cheat will just break the game either in FChost or browser because it turns PC's state into NPC's. If someone already answered this kindly link their comments.
How to have npc images in the new version?...i downloaded the vector pack but i don't know how to install it?
Copy the resources folder to the same location as the new Free Cities HTML file but as it's for a much older version no idea how well it'll work. I'd imagine most people either use one of the two embedded vector arts, the WebGL addon or set up a Stable Diffusion installation for AI image generation.
It adds 3D renders of slaves that you can zoom and rotate. The downside is that not all outfits and hairstyles/colors are supported - missing outfits display as naked and hair as some default style and black.
