I really need to buckle down and progress my playthrough, currently pretty much any slave that gets pregnant their baby is kept but only my favorite slaves or ones that end up on an interesting story of falling in love with their friend slave get to be pregnant.
No, you can also make them wear a dildo (removes virginity) or a large dildo (stretches to "loose") in the slave's Appearance tab.

Edit: In Manage Personal Affairs a male MC has the option to stretch their anus - is there maybe a similar option for a female MC for their vagina?
