I was admittedly surprised not to see it on here yet, but thanks for the credit and the list. I'm surprised Insexual Awakening in particular hasn't had it's tags adjusted, as the impregnation scenes are pretty detailed. I'll keep my eyes out for others.

On another note, what are folks thoughts on games that heavily reference being impregnated without showing any actual impregnation scene (e.g. "Impregnate me!" or "You're going to get me pregnant!"). There's actually a few of these I can think of off on the top of my head, but I'm not sure they quite fit the category (maybe they fit a different tag, like impregnation fetish, or referenced impregnation. Something more than creampie, but not quite pregnant and the sperm meets egg image).

At the beginning of the game, another character casts a spell that prevents you from impregnating others. Later in the game, you're given the opportunity to remove this spell, at which point you get dialogue related to impregnation during sex scenes where that can happen. Characters do get pregnant during these scenes, and I plan to show these characters pregnant at the end of the game, though that part isn't implemented yet. While I plan renders for pregnant characters, the current version of the game only portrays impregnation through dialogue.

The reason it's not in the changelog was that I didn't want to spoil the impregnation mechanic before people came across it in the game. I just refer to it as "a new spell" in the changelog.

The Big Thaw has impregnation. The embryos once impregnated are transferred via teleporter to storage. This one is definitely weird because of that so not sure if the pregnancy tag is appropriate. There are a lot of other tags missing as well such as vaginal sex, blowjobs, groping, bdsm, master and slave, gloryhole, and milking breast.

I apologize for that misunderstanding. Yes the impregnation is via sex always.
