How does pregnancy work in the gameplay? Is it just some sort of POV scene of the protagonist creampieing them and then they're pregnant?

I haven't played it in a while, but it used to be that they had a character or two tagged for pregnancy and it had a toggle that you could use to switch between different character models, but it had no real pregnancy progression. Just a preview of sorts.

if i remember right its a checkpoint system. you reach a certain point in the girls story and their knocked up, i dont think they have plans to make the girls into baby-makers ala peasant quest or anything

That's a lot of titles... but many seem to be just VNs or RPG Maker games, do you have any recommendations for games that are more proper sims? Something that would fit my "requirements" outlined in my thread where I seek such titles:

TLDR Sex sim, fully animated, 2D or 3D (not prerendered CGI) with x-ray, detailed and complex pregnancy system with euqally detailed impregnation mechanics (condoms, condom failures/removal/sabotage, birthcontrol, non-consensual, drugs, sleep sex).

Stuff like Hazumi and pregnation, but animated and even more detailed (with cum inflationt too, effects like more cum in womb = higher chance for impregnation), with very high replayability value (ideally with multiple girls, dating elements, customization).

sorry man, but "VNs or RPG Maker games" covers pretty much every game on the site. the only games i can think of that arent that are more on technicality like "Legend of the Master Baiter" isnt made with RPG Maker as far as im aware but it doesnt play any differently then a game that is

so i never even reach your other specifications the "no VNs or RPG Maker games" rule already eliminates everything i can think of

Yeah it kind of sounds like you are looking for a game that either doesn't exist or is so early in dev that it hasn't gotten that strong of a word of mouth yet. Most of the devs who make these games are single people or very small teams who make the games on shoestring budgets or in their free time. You are looking for (by the sounds of it) a AAA game with a pregnancy system. That would take a VERY long time to make and be very expensive. The closest thing you'll find is probably Wild Life, but I'm pretty sure (been a while since I checked in) it doesn't have pregnancy included yet. You can try games like Simple Days. It's like a VN, but more Sandbox style and the girls have ovulation periods and you can take pills that will increase the amount of sperm you can ejaculate and things like that. Wildlife has nothing that I want in this game, I already have included 5 games that feature elements that I look for in my recommendation thread, including simple days.

Don't think it would make game AAA title on god knows how big budget, hazumi and pregnation does many elements I want already, it's just not animated and done in rpg maker, so game mechanics wise, it's something one person could do in RPG maker, let alone in more proper game engine like unity and unreal, really just a matter of getting remake of said game, but in 3D.

Here's another neat case for you. Family Vaction https://thef95zone.info/threads/family-vacation-ch-9-mck.201151/ has the MC impregnate both his wife (girlfriend at the time I think) and her mother during the prologue. They tell you they are pregnant but then it does a time jump of 18 to 20 years and your kids are grown. As of the last time I played it there are no scenes involving a pregnant woman. So I guess it technically has impregnation, and it's not an early game over or anything like taht.

Nothing worse and less ambitious than end game pregancy... Where are more games like Hazumi and Pregnation where it's a fucking main game mechanic and where you don't need to grind for hours to get that one scene game has with impregnation/breeding...
