Here's a stupid question - how do you decide whether there's impregnation in the game?

I mean the discussion clearly shows that many people just like impregnation, don't really care about pregnancy. So, for you, how exactly do you enjoy this kink? Is it the simple fact of having unprotected sex and cumming in the girl? So the risk is there? Or do you actually need to know, obviously later on in the game, that you impregnated her? Or do you need something like "Don't cum in my, I'm not on the pill." to make the kink work?

Every person is different some might be fine just with risky situations, but others require some kind of confirmation, be it an egg being surrounded/penetrated by sperm, there being a positive pregnancy test, or something else. For approval in this list it is this second one, I believe. Myself I can get going by both, the first one less so than the second one. But for me an actual belly showing is best. There are people that are into impregnation but don't care about the belly showing, I think.

Well there are a lot more women in the game you can impregnate too besides the sister. She was just the quickest. Ava the mother, Sophie the boss, and co workers Penny, Chanel, and Diana can also be impregnated. I will remember the pictures next time to continue getting the "VERY APPROVED".

The protagonist can also be female, even if they start male, and be impregnated.

If they comment on the risk but it's never confirmed, that's okay. If they have some sort of line/animation confirming they were impregnated, that's great. If they start showing after a while, that's fantastic.

I think for me it's a mix of dominance and just caveman biology. I'm almost hesitant to call the impregnation fetish a 'fetish'. After all the entire point of sex is procreation, as a man it's just intrinsic for me.

I couldn't tell you why it's become such a focus for myself though.

if there are 2 pregnant npc's i think thats enough for you to lable your game "pregnancy" so when you (or a mod i dont know how that works) make a game thread then make sure it has that tag at the top

It would be a good reference point, I could check pregnancy tags stuff then go there to see if it is there, but ideally they just remove the wrong tags lol
