I think it's incorrect to just boldly say who is the strongest. If talking about strongest healing, I think it must be Eliette, if talking about matter manipulation, then maybe Maryen, if talking about general mana potential, then probably Regina when near the tree of life or so. It's hard to define who is actually the strongest if we take Croixelle and her mom out of the equation. They are hopelessly OP.
Wait did Croixelle inherit the Queen's insane magic potential and powers? Not sure if its ever said but is she actually special due to being the daughter of the strongest thing on the continent or world? Or is she somewhat "normal"
Been said by a couple others, but it's probably pretty meaningless to scale them, since they're all supposed to be close in power. That aside, I'm gonna try anyway, and insert a little personal bias and a fun theory along the way.
I dunno, she is a daughter of Orphelith and her magic potential is higher than most powerful mage of Timfalme's (Cygnia, in case you don't know). Sounds like 2nd strongest to me. Not to mention that despite having a specific magic realm, she can do almost anything from hiding face or becoming completely invisible at the night to emitting fully controled fire, which is capable of melting gold in seconds.
It was stated directly at her route, during first training scene. Cygnia herself admitted that Croixelle is potentially stronger than her teacher, but lacks practice.
That's the key word here: High Potential

I would like to think that even if she was a celestial being, when she came down from heaven or whatever place she came from, I guess she lost some of her power? I don't remember her saying something about it but it is what I believe she had to sacrifice
The only thing I care about in the castle route outside of lore drops from the Queen is that the maids get to play with the MC, like an actual game. It seems to be the entire point of their "route", but so far it's been teasing and "oh noes we busy".
Yakuu has shown some incredibly strong shielding magic, in that she can cast it and just squash the MC under her full weight as hard as she wants and he's fine. None of the other Guardians have shown that kind of ability. From what we know about her, I would say she is heavily melee focused with her magic augmenting that.
