Not all women, there are some the same size as the MC too. We don't see them but they get dialogue sometimes.

There's no women the same size as the MC. Several times we hear that this is the world where only women are giants. If you mean red skin mini-giantess in the demons city, she is 3 times bigger than the main character.

There's both male and female regular sized people, but there's only female Giantesses in the world, that's what he means and that's what we have in the game.
It's not a case where every single female in existence is a Giantess, but instead when it comes to giants only females appear to exist in this world.
No, several times small females are mentioned or have some dialogue, we just don't see what they look like. For example, MC tries to help a small Elf girl who's being attacked by monsters before Riys saves you both, and later Riys carries you both to a graveyard. I can try to provide more examples but that's the one I remember most.The only ones who are giants are women, meaning there are no giant men, but that doesn't mean all women are giants.

Unpopular opinion, but I wish there were more sex scenes with existing characters over same sex scenes with more characters.
Like more peverse actions with characters that already exist in them, instead of adding multiple characters which have almost identical sex scenes/lewd scenes.
