After you unlock her (by following the main quest with Karen). You simply visit the hotel around noon. And then you get a repeatable scene there. Her room will be available as a button in hotel at this point.
I dont have game on HD atm. I believe I left school early on a weekday, or skipped going and then went to hotel. And from there just waited. Maybe theres easier ways but thats how I did it to make it by noon. After seeing her a couple of times I believe shes available at alot more times of day there.
But i've got no clue how to go to the Hotel to begin with. There is no Map. I can visit Kate at around 3, but thats it, otherwise i'm confined.
On a weekday you can access the map by leaving school (very early in this case). If you havent unlocked school for Max yet then you are not far enough in the main story to meet Candy. Need to be going to school and part way through the Karen college quest to get her.
Go to school then washroom take off panty then classmate ask u for dress checkup

It shouldn't be too hard to get this game running on a Mac. It's built with Electron.
Any desktop program built with it will work on Windows, Linux and macOS.

Considering I imagine a few of you don't want to grind money
Cheat engine money cheat:
Memory Type - 4Byte
Value - Double the in-game money
Example for searching for money value
To find $20 we search for 40, then add money say with asking for allowance from Ann. We'll get $40.
We then search for the next value of 80. Generally there should be only one value left. You can now make that value say 10 million for $5 million. Do not enter a value that cannot be halved cleanly (without a .00) or you'll crash the game.
Note: There are usually 4-5 processes of the game. Start up 5 cheat engines and search them all at the same time when searching for a value.
Tbh if there was someone with hex/table making knowledge I imagine it would be easier,
but I can see why that would be a pain to update for each and every game version that comes out.

Or just woeful design. This is why a small but dedicated team of bugtesters is vital.
