about Max - when you visit swimming lessons in school, Julia and Kate quest will be triggered. You have to go to their house and then you'll complete it after some repeats
Having problem getting the private lessons from Karen, I downloaded the fix, and after the second time talking to Andrew (after the first I got the option saying I was busy) nothing happens in that classroom after 11:30
