how do I get the gender reversal ending? I already have the thing and according to guide Yuuki supposed to be in the cafe at shopping district but he is not there or can you get it at post game? I'm currently at the start of chapter 3

You might not have done all inventions you can. The UI there is a bit confusing - there's normal and H inventions (switch with the button in the middle aka the H button in inventions UI), there are invention categories (switch with double arrows) and categories have pages (switch with single arrows). I didn't initially realize there were categories and thought the double arrows were just shortcuts to first/last page.

Do you know how I can remove the junks (like is there an item/invention for it I'm talking about the things that block you from going to the red word giving areas in the residential area)
