No, you cannot use the free actions at all. It's just grey every...single...turn.

Could it be that you don't have enough mp and/or sp? Because I have one character who cannot use a skill because her max mp is lower than the skill cost.

[EDITED] Probably not if those skills have grey borders; if they're not usable they won't be highlighted with grey borders.

Man what is your phone, my tried winlator before but it doesnt work at all, i think that because of my phone kinda weak cause i only buy it for 80 dollar
