While this game has potential, need to allow us to name the MC. They could still be called Seeder 007-[insertnamehere]. Also, the whole thing seems far too robotic.

Your first point just isn't true. Swinging is pretty clearly established as a romantically involved and established couple involving others sexually in their relationship. The last time I checked friendships aren't romantic, and it's not the same as being your gf/wife's best friend. If you're cuddling, sleeping with(not sexually), and kissing your "friend", that's no longer just a friend, it's a situationship.1. Friendships are relationships and if two friends share a third party then it is swinging and sharing even if those friends never do anything sexual together.
2. Polycules can be platonic and involve sending pics/videos to each other to get each other off without actually having sex with each other. It seems like this may be what you are going for,
3. I have never seen "just friends" intentionally share pictures or videos of themselves having sex with other unless there was some underlying reason for it that makes the "friendship" idea suspect. Like attempting to make one or more "friends" jealous to get them to desire the sender or otherwise provide sexual gratification to each other which is not a standard friendship either.
I know this is a late response, but at least give accurate information if you're going to preach to devs.
NTR and NTS aren't the same thing and have vastly different fanbases, despite being adjacent fetishes. Sure there's some overlap in fans, but there is constant bickering and clashing of heads between the two in threads all the time.

Well, in my case I just take it as if I am watching a movie. The LI is MC's girl, not mine. IRL, I won't even accept some dude flirting with my girl or vice-versa.
For the VN, the dev would need to make the MC extremely likable for me to somewhat care. And that is hardly the case. My immersion is also not to high, cause player agency is very limited.

NTRCaptain I repeat an earlier request, let us rename the MC. You could still have the agent refer to them by the official designation, just adding the chosen name to the end . Like Seeder(007) Bob or Seeder(007) James...whatever they are named by the player. Then have the ones they match with, in future conversations after the original setup, just call them by the chosen given name, so it sounds less transactional.
As it stands, it just seems too impersonal. I get that the mc is an employee of sorts, offering a service but you also expect them to get closer to their partners, so they feel more at ease with them. Hell, even prostitutes give you a name, even if it is not their real one. So you are not calling them Escort(34-28-36) or something really generic like that.
